2010 Autumnal Equinox Emergency Meeting

The 2010 Autumnal Equinox Emergency Meeting was held on September 22, 2010 at Clifton By the Sea in Bacliff, Texas at 6:00 pm (CDT).

Meeting Minutes:

1. Call to Order.
2. Ordered Food.
3. ACTION: J. Williams to confirm the Fish Truck status prior to next meeting.
4. Henry Hudson Award for Exploration given to J. Blaschak, Baron of West Virginia.
5. Board voted and approved the transition from summer to autumn.
6. ACTION: K. Sullivan to report back on “What the hell is a solstice anyway, and how can one possibly predict when the next solstice will occur?”
7. Gravitational Relations Committee presented paper on balancing eggs on the equinox.
8. ACTION: J. Eldridge commissioned to balance an egg on every day between now and the next meeting.  Funding approval for this study was tabled until the next meeting.
9. Closing statements and settling of tabs.
