The Texas Electric Reliability Council (sometimes called the Electric Reliability Council of Texas or ERCOT) is a secret society formed to manage the Texas's strategic reserves of natural gas, plutonium, Helium-3, and whale oil.
Composition
The ERCOT is composed of a board of 6-10 lairds, including
- Deregulation Laird
- Grid Laird
- Retail Laird
- Hubris Laird
- Scape Laird (formerly known as Wind Laird)
- Spokeslaird
- Winterization Laird [defunct position]
