In nature
Attwater is a mysterious substance found in nature. It has many useful properties, including the ability to regrow severed limbs (in this, it is similar to pig powder).
In engineering
Currently, an Attwater is the fundamental unit of time in the Powerpoint Engineering Measurement System. It is defined to be the time it takes a prairie chicken to be eaten by a hawk (approximately 66.544984 micro dog years).
