The Champagne Room is a mythical place akin to Valhalla but when entered by the unworthy they fail to find what they seek and instead end up back at their cubie supporting NASA.
Champagne Room os also a form of verse somewhat similar to the Haiku and following a rigid format:
"Oh there's XXXX in the Champagne Room, but you don't want XXXX. You want YYYY".
