Ham Radio Ranger Alphabet

The Ham Radio Ranger Alphabet is an alternate radio alphabet used by the Ham Radio Rangers in the event that the regular radio alphabet fails. It consists of a Primary and Secondary set of words. The secondary set is to be used only for extreme emergencies, or when the primary set fails.
