Armadillo Eggs

Armadillo Eggs are the eggs laid by the armadillo. The eggs laid in nests made of discarded tires. After they laid in the nest, the parent armadillo goes to die by being hit by a car. The eggs are considered a delicacy in Bacliff and surrounding regions. To attract the armadillos, old tires are placed in every available location. The eggs are prepared by being fried in a thick batter.
