The Mad Scientist of the Moon (MSotM) is a mad scientist that lives on the Moon. She has a Moon base that serves as her base of operations for terrorizing the people of Earth and controlling the Solar Systems supply of Moontonium. One of the primary goals of NASA's Constellation program was to travel to the Moon in order to stop her. However, since that program was canceled, there are currently no plans to defeat MSotM. That is why many humans are starting to migrate to asteroids.
